Easy artichoke spinach pasta (plant-based)🍝
That’s what you’ll need.

Roast garlic in a bit of olive oil or water.

Add drained artichokes, nutritional yeast, red pepper flakes and black pepper. Mix everything well.

Push artichokes to the sides and add spaghetti across the bottom of the pan.

Pour in vegetable broth until everything is covered, bring to a boil and let it simmer for around 10 minutes.

Stir in spinach, cashew butter and lemon until everything is combined. Cook until spinach is wilted.
