For filling: ingredients at room temperature. Mix cream cheese until very smooth and creamy.

Add sugar and integrate well. It will start to dissolve a little.

Add eggs, 2 or 3 at a time and mix to integrate, without beating.

Add flavorings and cream. Mix well until you have a smooth batter.

Pour into prepared pan (round or square). Bake, cool, and refrigerate as directed.
