In a small bowl mix 2t each onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, cumin, smoked paprika, and 1t chili powder.

Slice two blocks of tofu into cubes. Place in a bowl.

Add the spices to the tofu and stir to coat the tofu.

Place the tofu on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 450 for 30 minutes.

Flip the tofu halfway through baking.
