Easy Blackberry & Apple Crumble
Blackberry & Apple Crumble Ingredients
Chop 6 sweet apples into cubes (I pop the chopped ones in water to stop them from browning)

Add to a large saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water

Add 2 handfuls of blueberries

On medium soften the fruit & stir to combine

Add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Add 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar & stir to combine

Heat 3 tablespoons of coconut oil in the microwave and set aside

To a bowl add 2 cups of ground oats (blend regular oats if you need to)

Add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

Add 1/2 cup of chopped almonds

Add 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds

Add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Add your coconut oil

Stir well to combine all of the ingredients

Add tout berry & apple mixture to a casserole dish

Add your topping & spread evenly

Pop in the oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
