Firstly prep your ingredients

Make sure to push the flour down so it all gets combined

Then continue mixing for around 10 minutes

Now get ready to add your butter - it should be room temperature

Add the butter, one tbsp at a time

Leave to prove for 1hr

Then shape and prove again
