EASY BROCCOLI RAISIN SALAD
Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and prepare however you prefer (raw, steamed, roasted, etc)

Add oil, garlic, & garam masala (or curry powder) in a skillet & heat over medium for 30 secs

Remove from heat & stir in lemon juice, vinegar, chili paste, honey, salt, pepper & yellow raisins

In a large bowl, stir broccoli, cilantro, toasted nuts, and raisins (with all the dressing juices)
