Easy Butter Chicken With Rice
Cut the chicken in cubes then spices it

Add yogurt and olive oil and combine all the ingredients together,let it set for 10 minutes

Cut the veggies and prepare them

Add 2 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of olive oil then add the chicken in a high heat

Keep stirring until the chicken’s colour changes,remove them from the pan

In the same pan add butter and olive oil then start with garlic and onions

After softening the onion add the tomato, jalapeños, tomato sauce and water ( add some cashew too )

Let it cook for 10 minutes until the tomatoes are softened

Blend the mix in the mixer

Return the chicken and the tomato mix back to the same pan

Add some parsley and heavy cream

Let it boil for 5 minutes it should look like this ( thick )

To make the white rice,butter,olive oil, bay leaf,add half of the rice and stir

add the rest of the rice,salt,black pepper,water,cover it in a high heat,1 cup rice=1 1/2 cup water

When starts boiling low the heat all the way and cover it

Once the water dries the rice is ready
