Easy Buttermilk Cornbread!
Melt 1/2 cup butter

Stir in 2/3 cup sugar

Stir in two eggs, one cup buttermilk, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 cup EACH cornmeal & all-purpose flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes

Slice into squares
