Easy Buttermilk Pancakes

Self Rising Flour
1 1/2 tablespoons
Granulated Sugar

Buttermilk

Vegetable Oil
Stir together the flour and sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk together: eggs, buttermilk and oil.

Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Stir together. Let batter sit for 10 minutes.

Melt a bit of butter in a hot skillet. Add pancake batter. Flip when bubbles appear.

Cook on opposite side until golden brown.

Serve with syrup or whipped cream!
