Easy Canned Mackerel Omelet
3 Eggs 1 Canned Mackerel (190g) 1 cup Boiled Broccoli 1 clove Ginger Salt and Pepper 1 tbsp Oil for cooking
Drain canned mackerel: Open the canned mackerel and drain, then wrap it up with a paper towel and squeeze to drain more.
Grate a clove of ginger.
Chop 1 cup of boiled broccoli into small pieces.
Beat eggs: Beat 3 eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
Make egg mixture: Add canned mackerel, broccoli, and ginger to the bowl and mix them.
Pour egg mixture: Warm a frying pan on medium heat, add some oil, and pour the egg mixture.
Cover and cook: Cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat.
Fold in half: Open the lid, fold it in half, and shape it with your chopsticks (or your spatula).
Flip it over: Flip it over and cook for a couple of minutes.
If it loses its shape, transfer it to a plate, put a paper towel on it, and form it by hand.
Serve with your favorite sauce or ketchup and enjoy!
