Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
Meat from large rotisserie chicken, 1/2 lb Black Forest ham, 1/2 lb Swiss cheese

4 Tb butter, 2 garlic cloves

1 1/2 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 Tb mustard, 2 Tb lemon juice

3 C milk and cook until thick

Pour sauce over casserole

1 1/4 C Panko breadcrumbs, 1/4 C Parmesan, 1/4 C butter

Sprinkle over the top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes
