Easy Chicken Jalfrezi
Sauté half an onion until translucent

Add 1 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp garlic paste and 1lb chicken pieces and sauté until the chicken changes colour

Add salt, chili powder and 2 diced tomatoes. Cover and cook till Chicken is tender

Dry up the masala until the oil rises to the top then add your green pepper and soy sauce and cook partially covered till green peppers are done

Add green chilies and freshly cracked black pepper
