Easy Chicken Marsala
Season 1 lb. chicken cutlets with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.

Use kitchen shears to cut 3 bacon slices into large pieces.

Dredge each cutlet in flour.

Add tbsp olive oil to a pan heated over medium-high.

Add cutlets to pan. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from pan.

Add chopped bacon to pan. Cook 30 seconds.

Add 1/4 cup chopped shallots, 2 pressed garlic cloves, 1 tsp dried thyme, & pinch of salt and pepper. Cook 1-2 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup each chicken broth, Marsala wine, and heavy cream.

Cook sauce until slightly reduced, about 2 minutes.

Add chicken back to pan and cook until heated, about 1-2 minutes.
