Olive oil and butter. Add chicken breast(previously seasoned) into the pan.
Season with black pepper. Sear the chicken both sides for a few minutes. Remove from the pan!
Add chopped shallot, sliced mushrooms, and deglaze with marsala wine.
Add heavy cream and 1 tbsp of mustard.Bring chicken back into the pan and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
Serve with fresh parsley!Enjoy with rice, pasta or just bread!
