Easy Chili Garlic Noodles
Chop up 1/4 cup each of cilantro and scallions, 2 tbsp each of ginger and garlic

Add your chopped elements and 1 tbsp of red chili flakes to 3 tbsp of hot olive oil

After a minute add in 2 tbsp soy sauce

Stir in 400g cooked noodles (for 4) - adjust seasoning and enjoy!
