Easy Classic Pico De Gallo
Slice a small yellow or red onion very thin

Then dice fine & set aside

Slice 2-3 serrano chiles, remove stems and seeds & finely chop (jalapeños would work too)

They add a nice heat - use as many or as few as you like

Slice the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds from them

Then dice them fine

Set aside and repeat with the rest of the tomatoes

Squeeze out your lime juice

Slice or snip your fresh cilantro

Place all ingredients in a medium size bowl

Season well with salt

Serve with chips or tacos and enjoy
