Easy Coconut Vanilla Chia Pudding
Add 1/2 cup of chia seeds

Add 1 tin of coconut milk (400ml)

Add a drizzle of honey

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Transfer to the fridge to set for 45 minutes

Transfer to 2 glasses and top with strawberries & desiccated coconut
