Trim your rack of lamb into chops.

Add some hot water to thin marinade. Add lamb chops. Chill for at least 30 min.

Season your chops generously with salt. Preheat pan ( cast iron) preferably on med high heat.

Preheat oven to 375. Sear chops on all sides.

When almost done pour in a glass red wine. Bake for 7-12 min for desired temp.
