Easy Cranberry Buttercream
Beat unsalted butter with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer.

Continue beating until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.

Add powdered sugar, about a cup at a time. Mix on low until fully incorporated before adding more.

After about half the powdered sugar is added, scrape the bowl.

Add more powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Continue beating.

Scrape the bowl and add about half of the cranberry purée.

Add the remainder of the cranberry purée, any remaining powdered sugar & beat until light and fluffy
