Easy Cranberry Eggnog French Toast Bake
Pour a mixture of 1/4 cup melted butter and 1/4 cup maple syrup into foil-lined 9x13 baking pan.

Add 1/2 cup freshcranberries, 1 lb stale brioche bread cubes, and another 1/2 cup fresh cranberries.

Whisk together 2 cups eggnog, 6 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Pour in the egg mixture. Press down to moisten all of the bread. Cover with foil. Chill overnight.

Bake at 375, 30 mins. covered, then 15 mins. uncovered. Slice, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
