Organic Spinach
1 tbsp
Gourmet Ghee
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
15.5 oz
Organic Garbanzo Beans
1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce
1/2 tbsp

Start by adding your spinach to a pan over med- low heat. Add a tbsp water. Cover pan and let spinach wilt . Continue until all spinach is wilted.
Strain your spinach and leave in sink to let any excess moisture out.
With your pan on medium add one tablespoon Gourmet Ghee in “Celtic sea salt”.
Add a heaping half cup of chopped onion.
Add one can garbanzo beans (chickpeas). Stir together. Lower heat to medium low.
Let’s get spicy! Add your tomato sauce, garam Masala, chili powder, ginger and curry powder.
Stir to incorporate. Add a tbsp minced garlic... ahh breathe in the heavenly aroma!
Cook on med low until garlic is fragrant. Chop your spinach and add back to pan.
Add can of coconut milk. Bring mix to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, and cook covered for 20 min. Stir every few min.
Add a teaspoon salt and pepper. Add any more garlic or onion powder to your taste.
Garnish with cilantro, green onion, & lemon wedges! Yum yum yum... tastes even better the next day!
