How to Make: Creamy Tomato Daal (Vegan!)
Gather ingredients (full list on our website)

Finely dice the onion & garlic and grate the ginger.

Sauteé chopped onion, garlic, ginger and spices until fragrant.

Add the dal (split red lentils) and stock to the pot.

Simmer until lentils are soft.

Add one tin of coconut milk and fresh tomatoes.

Simmer until the tomatoes start to break down. Season and add more spices if desired.

Serve with paratha and other curries!
