Choose a flavorful rustic bread...Sourdough , Rosemary, Asiago...

Cut into 1/4 inch cubes using a serrated bread knife

Season liberally with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder & Herbs de Provence

Toss to coat & spread into a single layer on a baking sheet

Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes, occasionally flipping until golden brown

Store in a Tupperware or ziplock bag. Add to salads or soups!!Good for 2-3 weeks πŸ€—
