Easy Crock Pot Pulled Pork
Slice red bell peppers and place in bottom of crock pot.

Put salt and pepper on all sides of Boston butt roast and place on top of red bell peppers.

Add crushed pineapple (do not drain juice).

Spread sauces around.

Cover and cook on high for 8 hours.

Once it’s finished cooking remove roast from crock pot and shred. Be sure to remove the bone!

Return shredded meat to pot and stir to coat in sauce.

Enjoy on sandwich buns or on it’s own!
