Easy Fire-Roasted Salsa!
Peel six cloves garlic

Slice 1.75 lb tomatoes in half

Cut one medium onion into wedges

Place tomatoes onion garlic 1 poblano pepper 1 jalapeno pepper into Double Burner Grill Pan Drizzle vegetables with 2 tbsp oil, bake 30 min at 450°.

Veggies should look like this when done, blistered and lightly brown. Remove from oven and let cool.

Peel outer skin of poblano pepper, remove seeds.

Remove stem from jalapeno, use scoop loop to remove seeds.

Add roasted veggies to Deluxe Cooking Blender, along with 1/2 bunch cilantro, juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp EACH cumin & sugar-which I forgot!

Pulse a couple of times, which is when I remembered that I forgot to add the spices!

Done! Be sure to adjust the seasonings if necessary.
