Easy Fish Tacos w/ Tropical Fruit Salsa & Siracha Crème
What you'll need

Fresh cilantro

Finely diced jalapeno

Cumin

Red Onion

Taco Shells

Parsley

Lime juice

Coriander, Ground

White Fish (Mahi, Blue Hake, Cod)

Pineapple
Dice a quarter pineapple and add to medium bowl.

Dice mango and add to same bowl.

Dice a quarter of a red onion and add to bowl.

Dice an avocado and add to bowl.

Quarter and dice a Jalapeño and add to bowl.

Remove stems from a handful of cilantro, roughly chop, and add to bowl.

Add juice of one lime to bowl.

Mix salsa and set aside.

Combine all seasonings for fish rub and mix - 1 tsp Garlic, 1 tsp Cumin, 1/2 tsp Coriander, 1 tsp Parsley, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Pepper.

Lay out fish on a broiling pan.

Glaze fish with a couple teaspoons of olive oil. Sprinkle and rub seasonings evenly on fish.

Set broiler on high. Let it preheat for about 5 minutes.

Place fish on middle rack in oven.

Meanwhile, mix Siracha Crème - 2 tbsp Mayo and 2 tbsp Siracha

Fish is ready when it flakes, about 5 minutes!

Enjoy! Makes about 8 street tacos or 4 larger sized.
