Easy Free From Granola Bars
To a heat proof bowl add 1 cup of light tahini

Add 1/2 cup of maple syrup

Pop in the microwave for about 1 minute

To a large mixing bowl add 2 1/2 cups of gluten free or ‘pure oats’

Carefully add your tahini & maple syrup mixture (careful hot bowl)

Add 1/4 cup of sultanas

Add 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds

Transfer to a small parchment paper lined baking tin

Press down firmly to compact, be sure to press in those edges (important so they don’t fall apart)

Leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours

Cut into bars (makes about 14), they’re ready to eat it or store in airtight container for 4-5 days
