Easy French Apple Cake
Slice and peel the apples

Combine the dry ingredients and whisk or sift

Beat the eggs

Add sugar, rum (optional) and vanilla

Blend in half of the flour mixture

Blend in half of the melted butter

Now the rest of the flour

Then the rest of the butter

Fold in the apples

Pour into a baking pan and bake

It tastes like a cross between a cake and a custard!
