Easy French Bread Proofed In The Instant Pot
Combine 1 c warm water, 2 1/4 tsp yeast, 1 tsp salt, 1 Tbsp sugar, & 2 3/4 cups flour. Knead 3-5 min

Transfer ball of dough to greased insert pot of the Instant Pot.

Spray top of dough with oil. Use Yogurt setting to help the dough rise til doubled- about 20-30 min.

Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface, then roll up jelly-roll style. Place on baking sheet.

Let dough double in size again, then bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes.

Allow to cool before slicing.

Serve with butter or jam!
