Easy French Bread Recipe
3 C warm water, 1 Tb sugar, 2 packages yeast

3 1/2 rounded tsp kosher salt, 2 C bread flour

6 more cups bread flour

Knead until smooth and elastic

Let rise until doubled in size

Place dough on floured surface

Cut into four equal pieces

Roll into baguettes, place on baguette pan, and let rise for 15 minutes

Bake at 375° for 25 minutes
