Easy Dutch Oven French Bread!
Mix 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast, 1 tsp sugar, & 1 1/4 c. Warm water, let yeast proof for @ 5 minutes, until foamy

Add 1 1/2 tsp salt & 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 c flour. Mix on low speed

You'll know though is ready when all the flour is incorporated and dough pulls away from the bowl.
Lightly flour dough on all sides, cover with towel and let rest 1 hour

Begin to shape dough on cutting board, pulling towards the center, flouring as needed

Continue to shape into round loaf, place in quick cooker and proof for 30 minutes

Flour 6 qt- enamel Dutch oven, add dough and cover. Bake at 460° for 30 minutes

Remove lid, and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until you have a beautiful brown crust

Cool at least 30 minutes before slicing, then enjoy!
