Easy Gluten Free Dairy Free Brownies
Preheat your oven to 350 and line an 8 in pan with parchment paper

In a medium bowl, stir together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt

In a separate bowl, use an electric hand mixer to combine coconut sugar and coconut oil just until the sugar is moistened

Add a large egg, 1 egg yolk, and vanilla to the sugar mixture. Beat until just combined

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine by hand

Stir in mini chocolate chips

Press the batter into the prepared pan. It is very thick, so lightly damp hands work well for this

Bake at 350 for 26-28 minutes
