Easy Gluten Free Stuffing
Heat olive oil in a pan and add onion, celery, and garlic. Cool over med-high heat for 8-10 minutes

Cut slices of GF bread into cubes and place in a bowl. Add the onion and celery mixture and mix

Pour chicken broth over bread mixture and gently mix until bread is evenly moistened.

Add fresh parsley, paltry seasoning, sage powder, and a few pinches of pepper. Gently toss

Transfer to a prepared baking dish. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes

When stuffing is lightly crisp and golden brown, garnish with more parsley and serve!
