Let sit at room temperature for 12 hours.

Repeat step 1: add more flour.

Take two tablespoons of the starter and add it to a clean glass jar.

Let ferment another 12 hours at room temperature.

Repeat Day 3’s steps until the starter has doubled in size and has bubbles & air pockets throughout.
