Easy Greeny Smoothie Ingredients
You’ll need 2 bananas, 2 kiwis, a handful of spinach

Place in to a zip lock bag

Zip up and pop it in the freezer for a couple of hours (this makes it extra creamy)

Pop ingredients into a blender

Add extra toppings if you like, I added 2 tablespoons of flaxseed

Add 1 cup of coconut milk

A dash of honey or agave

Blend until smooth
