Easy Healthy Hummus Ingredients
Chop/crush 1 clove of garlic

In a small bowl add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, add the garlic and leave to infuse

To a blender add 1 tin (400g) of drained chickpeas

Add 5 tablespoons of tahini

Add the juice of half a lemon

Add the garlic olive oil

Add 4 tablespoons of water

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin

Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of smoked paprika

Add 1 teaspoon of salt & 1 teaspoon of pepper to season

Blend until you form a smooth consistency (add a little more water if too thick)

Chop carrots & celery into batons to dip

This keeps in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days, enjoy!
