Easy Homemade Applesauce
Core apples and cut into large pieces

Fill the Dutch Oven Cast Iron pot with apples and a little water on the bottom

Cover most of the way and cook on medium-low heat

Stir occasionally as apples soften (takes ~30-45 minutes)

Remove from heat once apples are soft and mushy
5
Use a food mill to press applesauce into a large bowl, leaving skins behind
6
Add a dash of Korintje cinnamon and stir
7
Serve warm! (And save leftovers in the fridge)
