Easy Homemade Bread
What you'll need
2 cups
Warm Water
1/2 cup
Sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons
Dry Active Yeast
1/4 cup
Vegetable Oil
6 cups
All-purpose Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons
Salt
Butter
Add 2 cups of warm water, 1 1/2 tablespoons dry active yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar to bowl. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes until looks foamy.

Add rest of sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Then begin adding 1 cup of flour at a time until all 6 are added.

Knead for 7 minutes.

Cover with a damp towel and let rise for about an hour. It should approximately double in size.

Punch the dough down and knead for one minute.

Cut dough in half, shape, and place in two greased bread pans and let rise for 30 minutes.

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees

Remove when temperature reaches 200 degrees

Brush tops with butter and let cool on wire rack
