Easy Homemade Cornbread Donuts
Add cornmeal to all-purpose flour. {I used white cornmeal, but yellow works too!}

Add granulated sugar.

Add baking powder and kosher salt.

Whisk it all together.

egg and vegetable oil.

Give it a whisk until it comes together.

Fill a well greased donut pan with the batter. Filling each well almost to the top.

Bake 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.

After a couple minutes, remove the donuts from the pan and allow to cool.
