Easy Homemade Granola
What you'll need
4 cups
Oats
1/2 cup
Wheat Germ
1/2 cup, sliced
Almonds
1/2 cup
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
4 tbsp
Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp
Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup
Natural Apple Juice
1/2 cup
Dark Amber Maple Syrup
6 tbsp
Avocado Oil
1/2 cup
Raisins
10, chopped
Dried Apricots
Mix together: oats, wheat germ (or oat bran for GF), almonds, coconut, brown sugar, salt & cinnamon.

Combine apple juice, maple syrup, & avocado oil in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat.

Add the liquid to the dry oat mixture.

Toss well to coat.

Working a handful at a time, squeeze oat mixture to form small clumps. Spread onto baking sheets.

Chop dried apricots into small pieces.

Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in raisins and apricots. Bake 15 minutes more.

Cool and store in an airtight container. Serve with milk, yogurt, or enjoy as a grab-and-go snack!
