Easy Hummus Recipe
Mince 2 cloves of garlic in a food processor

Add 3 cups of cooked hummus, 1 tsp salt, juice of 2 lemons, 1/2 cup tahini, 3 tbsp olive oil

Process for at least 1 min, then add 1/2 cup cold water

Mix well and check for seasoning

Garnish with parsley, paprika and olive oil

Enjoy with some fresh pita bread!
