Easy Instant Pot Beef Stew
Press the “sauté” button on the Instant Pot.

Add oil, minced garlic, and minced shallots. Cook until slightly softened.

Place beef cubes in a bowl. Sprinkle with flour and toss to coat.

Add beef to the Instant Pot. Cook until beef just starts to brown.

Add celery, carrots, mushrooms, potato, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.

Add broth and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.

Turn off the sauté setting. Choose the “ meat/stew” button for 35 minutes. Lock lid in place.

After you hear the beep and the pressure gauge has dropped, you can open the lid.
