Easy Jam Drop Cookies
Place flour with baking powder and pinch of salt in a bowl

And whisk together

Add butter to bowl of mixer (can use hand mixer as well)

Mix until fluffy and light

One at a time mixing in between

Then add flour mixture a little at a time until your dough comes together

Scoop out dough, and roll into ball

Use your finger or tsp measuring spoon to press indents into centre of dough

Fill indents with jam (the thicker the jam the less bleed as they bake)

Then bake (the deeper and wider you indent the deeper the crackles)

Until golden and set

Cool in pan and then enjoy. They are so buttery and delicious!
