Easy Keto Fudge (Hey Keto Mama)
In a medium pan add 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/3 cup sweetener and 1 tsp vanilla.
Stir over medium heat until thick condensed milk forms. This will take about 15 minutes.
Make sure your sweetened condensed milk is cooled before moving on.
Add 1 cup of low carb chocolate chips and stir until completely incorporated.
Pour fudge into a parchment lined 4x8 loaf pan. Add chopped pecans, and chill for at least 1 hour.
Remove fudge from pan and cut into 12 even pieces.
Each piece has approx. 155 calories, 2.9g net carbs, 1.9g protein, 15g fat
