Easy Lemon Garlic Prawns

Add butter to large frying pan at medium heat. Add prawns and garlic and chilli
Cook for approximately 2 minutes
Add seafood seasoning and salt & pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Reduce to low heat.
Add lemon juice, parsley & lemon zest and simmer for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Serving suggestions: Salad, rice, couscous, fries.
