Easy Mango Smoothie Bowl
Mango Smoothie Bowl Ingredients
- Chop 2 small/1 large mango & 2 small bananas

To a ziplock bag add your mango, banana & 2 handfuls of spinach

Pop in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight (this makes is super creamy)

Pop your frozen fruit in a blender (break it up a little if very frozen as it will blend easier)

And blend on a high speed, stirring mid way through

Time to pour (1 large or 2 small bowls)

Spread evenly

Top with flaxseed, desiccated coconut, strawberries, blueberries & dark chocolate
