Easy 5 Minute Asian Dipping Sauce
To a jar add 1/4 C soy sauce.

2 tsp rice vinegar and 2 tsp black vinegar. If you don’t have black just bump up the rice vinegar.

1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp freshly grated ginger.

Some sesame seeds. Green onion would be good, too. Then sesame oil to taste. I added 1 tsp.

Shake shake. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for a few weeks.

Perfect for dumplings, pot stickers, scallion pancakes, tempura.
