Pulled Pork / Carnitas in under an hour!? The Secret: a Pressure Cooker! 🕺

2 lbs cubed pork shoulder + 1 1/2 tsp ea: cumin, coriander, chili powder, oregano, kosher salt

Brown pork for 5 mins, all sides!

Add 1/4 cup beer or broth + 1/4 cup OJ + 2 TB lime juice - 1 bay leaf & 1 TB garlic

Lock lid & set to “pressure” or “seal” 💫

Cook on High Pressure for 30 Mins 🔥

Let rest (slow release pressure) 10 mins & remove pork

Shred pork in a bowl w 2 forks & add some liquid from the pot!
