Easy Oil-Free Black Beans
Add 1 chopped red onion to a non-stick pan. Cook on medium heat, using vegetable stock to prevent sticking.
Cook until the onion becomes soft.
Add 1 can black beans, 1t each garlic powder, smoked paprika and cumin, 1/2t chili powder, and 1/2t turmeric. Stir to combine.
Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes until the liquid has thickened.
Serve with a squeeze of lime juice and fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
