Whisk 1.5 cup flour, 2 tsp baking powder & 1/2 tsp salt

In a bowl mix 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup sugar

Add eggs one by one

Mix in flour mix on low in two batches alternating with 3/4 cup orange juice

Pour batter into a greased floured 8 or 9 inch pan and bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean

Simmer 3/4 cup orange juice, 3 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp zest in a pan until it reduces by half - 12-15 minutes

You can also use marmalade instead!

Warm the glaze slightly before pouring on your cake once it’s cool enough to flip
